I was happy with the professionalism and kindness throughout the interview process. During the meetings I had a chance to understand and see if this role fits not only Jama's but my expectations as well. Additionally, I appreciated the opportunity to discuss my experience and qualifications in depth. I was asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to better understand my future role and my fit into that position. Overall, I returned from the interview feeling optimistic about the Jama and the opportunity.
