Roughly a week later I had a video interview with recruiter and hiring manager and supplied references, it went ok but it’s clear they aren’t accessing on skill set. The interviewers focused more on the fact that I was affected by layoffs in the past (like most of those in talent acquisition), then ghosted me for two weeks. Had to email multiple times and finally received an automated decline response. Very unprofessional and the team lacks diversity and communication skills. Poor candidate experience.
