Informal job interview, met at a restaurant over dinner and talked. Mostly designed for a culture/personality fit check. We discussed the position, the office work looking forward, and how my skills fit in. Also discussed other job goals and roles in the future.

Why are you leaving your old company? What are you looking to do in the future? Where do you see yourself in five years?
Rushed and not what you would expect from an interview. Overlooked from the jump and just not the best. Would have liked a genuine interview and actually given a fair shot
Basic questions on innovation, creativity etc one or 2 technical scenarios but very basic. Also questions on inclusion and character and basic interview questionOverall, it was lovely experience and nice people.
two phone calls. 3 pple pleanty of quastions i enjoyed it after listening to all projects I was hooked
i took the job because the benefits qweere ok.
