Initial phone interview with HR more of a character interview to determine if you would be a good fit, then a discussion with the VP and Director who alternated and asked very job specific questions.

STAR interview, asking questions how I handled situations
I applied online. It was a smooth process. I applied early march. I heard back from the company by late march. It was a phone screen call with the recruiter.

Entrevista
Recruiter contacted me after I applied for a job. It should be half an hours with the recruiter to get the logistics. She didn't say in email that it would be an hour. I had to tell her that I had a call soon. Therefore, we continued the next day.
She asked questions that should have been asked by the hiring manager.
That was fine but she wanted me to take an Excel test. If I don't pass, I cannot go forward to the next round.
I tried the practice test and gave up halfway and chose not to continue. Reason: it is ridiculous that the test has only one answer per question. If you can't get it per system, you are wrong. Forget it. I know there are more than one way to do things. I didn't want to waste my time with Jackson.
