Applied by agents and get interview after 1 week. I got the call from agent and he prepared for me to job fair interview . The interview lasted 30 mins and pretty straight forward

1, Applied Online. You must have some matching experience to get through.
2. Onsite Aptitude at their Waterford facility. Basic calculations, Reading scales, Visual differentiation, Reading skills etc.
3. Interview at Waterford facility.
4. Reference Check. Two minimum needed. Will email them and contact via call.
5. Pre Employment Medical. Drug test, Physical test, Lung test, Vision test, Hearing test.
6. VISA/Permit Check
7. Contract
