need to accomplish past working and adapt to new culture as its a very different culture. old method I would say because the amount of resignation is quite high making it worst

Entrevista
The process took almost a month, first week HR reviewed your resume, next week hiring manager, another week waiting for interview and last week wait for the result. Before interview, need to well prepared, in my case, the interviewer not asking me about my projects but about company, knowledge about PCB and some behavioral questions.
HR didn't know how to correctly set up a Teams meeting. This lead to a lot of confusion and caused serious delays. The interview process was messy with no clear indication of what was happening.
