Initially had a phone interview with the internal recruiter. Later called in to interview with 4 persons on a one on one basis. People seemed very nice and appeared to like what they do for the company. It appeared to be a very casual environment. All of the persons I interviewed with asked the same questions instead of a variety. After the interview, the recruiter met with me again and explained the benefits in detail, which gave false hope.
