During the phone interview I was asked to give my background, was asked questions on how I operate and my process, and spoke about the company and the specific role in length. By the end of the call I think it was obvious to both of us that I was a little over qualified for what they were looking for and it wouldn't be a good fit. Overall it sounded like a great and growing company and a collaborative environment, but just not the right role for me at the time. Overall the interviewer was very easy to talk to and enthusiastic about the company.
