Competency based interview, I was interviewed by two managers. Very straight forward interview with standard questions. Lasted around 30minutes. Had a very brief telephone interview prior to this which was also a competency based interview which lasted around 10minutes. The only down side was that I was told the day after the interview I had got the job but the start date wasn't for another month and a half as they do recruit very early in case anyone who applies is currently working and needs to work their notice period.
