One on one behavioural interview. STAR type questions to assess your compatibility with their 8 core values. Then another one on one technical presentation

Assessment centre - short presentation about how your skills match the company ethos followed up by HR questions regarding conflict management, how do you deal with difficult problems and failure

What company values align with you the most and how do you show that?
A full day which was very nicely set up at a hotel with food and drinks. Staff were kind and helped where they could. They also help try to relieve the pressure.

The presentation was about yourself and how you could have an impact on the company.
The questions for the interview were mostly on their creator's code and scenario-based.
