Through a recruitment agency for a contractor position, initial phone interview and then a 1:1 interview, the interview lasted 45mins and was contacted via the recruitment agency a week later to be offered position

The process was well defined and clear from the beginning. The in person interview was quite long, almost 2hrs. First round was a technical one with a future college and supervisor, you have to go through multiple questions with the use of the STAR method. After that a JLR standard soft skill test was next together with HR
