Applied online, telephone interview first, then got invited to a face-to-face interview with two. The process overall is very friendly and collaborative. I will be very happy to apply for this company again once finding the right opportunity

Application form then aptitude tests then assessment centre which contains a presentation with question and answer, then Situational interview.
Presentation is 10 minutes with 25 minutes of qna.
Situational interview is 45 minutes.

Entrevista
The day started with an introduction, followed by an interview, and then a group exercise, an in-tray exercise, having to decide in what ways, and how seriously particular situations would affect JLR in different aspects.
