My CV was posted on a job board, I was contacted by a recruiter from an agency via the phone. The agency had about 100 job positions and I was asked to selected the one that might be interesting to me as well as relevant to my background. I selected about 6 positions. I was selected for one of the positions by hiring manager. Then about 1 hour telephone interview 70/30 technical/general HR questions. I use my background from aerospace to relate to automotive testing. The interview was challenging but the interviewers were supportive and describe the questions very well. There

Very quick and smooth interview process. Everything finalised within 20 days. Recruiter was really helpful, he was very clear with what to expect and how to be prepared. Pretty straightforward.
