There was 2 Technical round one at JK Technosoft (online) and second at Client's Location Face to Face and Process of hiring is long and good and there is proper follow up for all process till it complete from both Side

Lengthy and the assignment evolution is not up to the mark, they will make you solve the assignment for 2 weeks and never give a proper response or feedback. and that follow with two technical rounds of interview, which are average

After two clearing technical rounds, they will take your Managerial round and keep your candidature on hold if you ask for 40% hike. COMMON MAN WHY DONT YOU SAY AT FIRST ONLY that you won't be able give that much hike. IF a person is relocating to Bangalore from Kolkata, I guess 40% hike is also less.
