Then managerial round with behavior related questions.
If you have good knowledge of codling and testing its easy to crack.

Entrevista
Hiring and interview process is quite easy. Questions are asked mainly on the resume and experienced based questions and the real time working questions. For testers there are hardly any qualified people who can interview the people any more as everyone is leaving this bad place to work.

Depends upon the interviewer's mood and if you are the relative of the interviewer you don't even need to face the interview. It's just bhaichara.
Thats why most of there projects have gone off of there hands.
