The hiring manager contact me throughout the process at 20:00 + In the evening-
The recruiter I was in touch with had NO work life balance whatsoever.
An on-site I had was set in the evening and after that 19:30 the interviewer said it’s not the end of the day for her.
Kept explaining over and over the work load is massive and explained a recruiter is having about 6 -7 interviews a day.
Some questions I was asked were unprofessional. And does not imply anything.
I was surprised, since Jfrog has high reputation.
Overall I think they look for someone with no life out side of work.
I can surly understand why they need more work force-
However from my short impression - the work load is due to inefficient work.

Describe how different are you from your best friend
It took them a very long time to get back to me after I applied with my CV, but the recruiter appologized and was very polite on the call. She was very respectfull and took the time to hear me speak. Within a couple of days she got back to me with a feedback and unfortunately I wasn't approved, but I had a good experience speaking to them and hopefully I will be able to interview for JFrog again in the future.
