I recently had an interview in a small, cozy room with an HR representative and a senior manager. The setting was intimate, which made the conversation feel more personal and engaging.
Interviewers:
HR Representative: Friendly and welcoming, they were focused on assessing my cultural fit and interpersonal skills. They took notes throughout the interview, ensuring they captured my responses accurately.
Senior Manager: Direct and professional, they were interested in my technical expertise and how my previous experiences could benefit their team. Their questions were insightful, aiming to understand my problem-solving abilities and leadership experience.
