The interview process felt disorganized and lacked basic communication. After going through multiple rounds and investing significant time preparing and meeting with the team, I never received any kind of update or closure—despite following up. It's disappointing when a company doesn't extend the same level of professionalism to candidates that it expects from them. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way.
