So long ago it was very different than it is now. Back in the day it was more hands on like team building, group interviews, I didn't have a one on one interview until the last part of my day. I have no idea actually how interviews are today.

Intense...included a variety of aptitude & personality tests, many interviews with stakeholders, Definitely are doing due diligence to increase the bar for employee expectation. Shared enough for me to be interested in the direction the company is heading.
