Went in for a group interview called a talent tryout with four other applicants. First we were given 10 minutes to come up with a one minute pitch for new ideas for the store. After that we were given the task of building a structure together, we each had two 10 second turns to look at the example of the structure we were supposed to build, then given one minute to explain to the other group members how to put it together.
It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.

Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
