Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en JCPenney en jun 2011
Entrevista
I applied online around May 2011 and didn't get a call until the following month. The call was to set up an in person interview for the following week I believe. When I got there I initially met with the hr supervisor who instructed me that my interview would be with the store manager. Both were very friendly. The store manager actually seemed more nervous than I was lol the interview was extremely easy. There were no "name a time when" questions. Mostly it was just information about the job description to see if it was something I was comfortable with. He told me that providing excellent customer service was their main purpose. This lasted maybe 10-15 minutes before I was offered a job. I accepted and started training within a week or two.

It was in a very professional and comfortable setting in the store. And it was conducted with the store and salon manager at that location. Both of the managers were kind and professional.
It was a group interview which led to an individual interview with a supervisor. If you pass the first round you have a higher chance of getting hired on for a position

Interview process went smoothly. Asked behavioral questions and situational questions that catered to how you deal with a variety of customer personalities. Also asked about previous employment roles. Offered a job on the first interview.
