Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 días. Acudí a una entrevista en JCPenney en nov 2014

      Entrevista

I applied online to the Seasonal Customer Service Associate/Specialist position. 2 days later a woman called me telling me if i was interested in an interview the next day and i said yes. She said it would be a group interview so to just to tell her when i arrived to be called in with the other applicants. In my interview there were 8 other people. The woman who interviewed us was the supervisor. First she gave us a paper for us to write our names, telephone number and availability. Afterwards she paired everyone in groups and gave each group a piece of paper that included 4 different sales ideas. The idea was that the company had a 2 million dollar budget to put together a new plan on the kids department (that was my groups area, other groups got adult or home department) to make money and attract customers. Your group had to pick one idea and pitch it to everyone and say how they would promote it and why you picked it. After that she went one by one asking what department we were interested in working at. She ended up hiring everyone in the interview and said we should expect a call from the manager soon to start training and sign a contract.
