Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en JCPenney (Frisco, TX) en abr 2010
Entrevista
I applied online on Saturday, and received a call on Sunday. I interviewed Monday afternoon. The woman that first interviewed me was very kind, and asked me basic questions (when I would be available, describe a time when directions were unclear, what makes you a leader, etc.). She then gave me situations (a customer is looking for a specific kind of shirt, a customer is highly satisfied with a recent purchase) and asked how I would handle it. She then sent me to interview with a different manager, who told me about the job in greater detail, and asked me some of the same questions. He then told me that I had the job, and to expect a call in a day or two regarding training. All in all, a very easy interview.

A customer approaches you. She needs a plain white collared shirt for work. She has looked throughout the entire store with no success. She needs this shirt immediately.
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Selected candidates then participate in one or more interviews with the hiring team, which may include behavioral and role-specific questions. Final candidates may be asked to complete an assessment or meet with senior stakeholders before a hiring decision is made. Candidates are kept informed throughout the process.
