Entrevista
Got a call for an interview 2 days after I applied but I was still at school so she scheduled it for when I got home. Went in dressed nicely with a big smile and the friendlies attitude. Always look at the interview in the eyes and answer questions as honestly and confidently as possible. Always try to relate everything back to liking a challenge and being able to handle high-stress situations. I was only asked a couple of questions (my availability, if I've worked in retail, where I go to college, my major, why I chose it, where I've worked in the past) and then after discussing salary and training process I was offered the job on the spot.

It was overall an easy interview. In a group setting of interviewees, we were asked to each talk about what we thought good customer service was. Then, we had some blocks to build a structure, a house I remember. Without the person you were instructing being able to see the blueprint, you had to describe what to do with the blocks without touching the blocks. I didn't know how I did, but I got hired. This was the holidays of 2017. :)

I got a phone call to schedule an interview, which was quick and convenient. In the interview, one of the managers asked me star scenario questions and asked why I wanted to work for JCP. At the end of the interview, I got an offer.
