Received a phone call from a Manager asking if interested to set up an interview. Interviews are done on site and consist of quick behavioral and situational questions. "Describe a time when...", "How did you handle...". The people are very friendly and as long as you have a strong customer focus the job should be yours. Offers are usually given same day, join the company with a strong work ethic and you have hundreds of opportunities for upward advancement

If you are asked for assistance in a department that is not your own, you are not familiar with it. Do you stop and assist a questioning customer?
Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
The interview process begins with an initial screening to review qualifications and experience. Pretty easy going, lasted about 20 minutes, Interview questions mixed with questions about scheduling and desired about of hours. Completed a tour and discussed the role, along with cross training
