El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en JCPenney (Arcadia, CA) en feb 2009
Entrevista
My situation was a bit different. In 2006 I was at the Arcadia mall with my friend that was quitting Jcpenney because of school, so I decided to come along when she had to drop off her key to the Manager. I decided to introduce myself that I was interested in working for Penneys and I was taking a course all about work ethics and how to keep a job I was 17 at the time. She said oh let me get your name and number and email. I gave her all my info on a little piece of paper and 1 month later she called me, I then was told to come in and apply on the computer and start training there and then. I've been working there for 5 years now and I love it. I was very lucky I got the job without going into interviews very lucky and very appreciative.
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
