The hiring process begins with an interview with Human Resources, followed by meetings with a group of supervisors. Next, candidates undergo drug and background checks, including fingerprinting. After these tests, they must complete a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) class and officially be hired upon passing it. The entire process typically takes about a month.
