There are two phone interviews. The first interview was just background stuff. Second interview was still your background info and job placement. After you complete the second interview they notify you via email to let you know if you adavance to the next round. Next they will set up a time when you fly to Colorado to meet the CEO , tour beef plant, panel interview, and group project to see how well you work with others.

Easy questions that mainly focused on past experiences whether it is professional or education based. The interviewer was very nice and clear in his questioning. Both the first and second interview were done over the phone.

The entire process took about 4 weeks. I had 2 phone interviews, then they flew me to the headquarters for a panel interview. There were maybe about 8-9 people in the room. A lot of scenario type questions.
