i was interviewed over the phone first then was asked to come in a specified date for another set of interview. when i came in two guys interviewed me and was asked about my previous jobs and why i quit. then was asked to wait for the next interviewer. this time a lady interviewed me and was just told that my application cannot be processed because in their record i still haven't gone through the phone interview and was not scheduled for that day which was weird.
