Many rounds across a few months, including within the makreting/communications groups and then also within the business. Everyone was very passionate and seemed genuine. Ultimately the role went to someone who previously worked at JPM.

Applied for the job online and was contacted within a week by a recruiter who conducted a thorough phone screen. Approx. one week later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. A few weeks later I traveled to Wilmington for in-person interviews with the team and several clients. That was followed by a call with the recruiter to request writing samples and confirm my current salary/bonus/vacation and an offer was made about 10 days later. All told, I believe it was less than six weeks from application to offer.
