It's quick. They don't waste time. They just ask about background, skill set to assess how well you will adjust to the job, You will breeze by it if you're confident and well spoken. I got the job because I was able to be convincing and not nervous. Just make sure you sound confident and dress appropriately.

They ask the basic stuff. They want to know about you skill set. They ask about past jobs. It's the standard interview, You make have more than one interview before you meet with the team. Just make sure you ace the phone screening which can be at least 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how well you do in the earlier part of it.

Lengthy, unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. The HR process leaves a lot to be desired. The HR I interacted with didn't realize she hadn't ended our call, and proceeded to speak negatively about me to her colleagues about me. Just a poorly ran organization I'm glad I didn't work for.

Structured and transparent, interview process was quite fast, was kept informed. The interview gave feedback and HR actually answered the follow-up emails which was nice. The interviewers were also polite and friendly.
