Overall, I experienced a very professional and positive interview process at J.F. Ahern compared to previous companies I have interviewed at. The whole interview process consisted of a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a job shadow. A Recruiting Specialist from J.F. Ahern was in contact with me the whole time to answer any questions I had and always responded in a timely manner. A few days after the job shadow, I received an offer for the position I applied for.

I had applied online, had two to three phone interviews followed by an in person longer interview. During the in person interview I met with the design manager and a senior designer.
