Quick, standard questions. In and out within 5 minutes. Seemed somewhat disinterested in actually wanting to know anything from me. Asked me about 5 questions in total and let me go after that. Heard back a week later, didn't get the offer.

Needed to bring proof of right to work in the UK. Casual interview with the question being from pre written list. Was asked standard questions about what responsibilities comes with the role, what you know about the company, why you want to work with spoons, time where you showcased teamwork etc.
Very friendly, they asked me to come in for a quick chat and it was just a lot about my background and how I work within a team. Definitely not as bad as many people think, but obviously important to prepare since these jobs can be competitive,
