The interview was simple. I had it with store manager and they are looking for seasonal associates so its part time. Your previous experience and your availability was main concern as holiday season is approaching.
The interview process was easy and engaging. No difficult question was asked, they truly want to give you the job. The managers are supportive and they take you outside, less intimidating and more casual.
Straightforward and friendly. Had my resume printed for reference and asked relevant questions. Pay was not disclosed at the time of the interview. I was given a tour which was nice. Positive experience.

What skills would you hope to learn in this position?
Online application led to a brief in-person interview at the store in the managers office. Basic behavioral and interest gauging questions were asked. After the interview I was given a call later that day with an offer for a full time position.
