Initial interview was at a job fair at call center site. Although pre-registration was required, I still waited over an hour for my interview. Interviews were not private; individual tables were set up in cafeteria and managers talked with prospective employees one-on-one at the tables. Managers had paperwork in order and asked a few questions about my availability.
