Phone call screening scheduled with human resources to go over the position and personal experience. I did not had more interview for this process. The call lasted aprox 30 /45 minutes, the hr manager was on time and professional.

They reached out to me via LinkedIn and scheduled a zoom interview. I met with their head of recruitment for an opportunity to be part of their hybrid design team.
Asked to do project and multi-step interview. Last interview: interviewer was late, unprepared, condescending towards my current job, and spoke poorly about an existing employee who would be on my team if I had joined. Incredibly put off and I withdrew my application.

Came for interview 3 times, 8 hours total.
Notified 2 1/2 months later I was no longer considered for position. Complete waste of time and not very professional considering how much time was put into the process.
