There was an initial phone interview and then a 3 hour in person interview. It took a week and half before moving onto the in person interview and then two weeks for them to decide I was not the right fit. I met with 3 different people all on different teams. The first lady grilled me hard on my recent excel projects. The second lady mostly talked about her team and the position. The third lady was very awkward and spoke briefly to me about my resume.
