The interview process was easy and engaging. No difficult question was asked, they truly want to give you the job. The managers are supportive and they take you outside, less intimidating and more casual.
Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en J. Crew (Stanford, CA) en jun 2013
Entrevista
It was pretty simple. They are pretty relaxed. Having prior experience is not necessary if you are going to apply for a stock or sales associate position. They just want to know you a bit better and see if you have a can-do attitude.

They ask you what you are doing at the time, what you aspirations are, how you like to dress and why, if you have worked before (especially in retail).
Straightforward and friendly. Had my resume printed for reference and asked relevant questions. Pay was not disclosed at the time of the interview. I was given a tour which was nice. Positive experience.

What skills would you hope to learn in this position?
Online application led to a brief in-person interview at the store in the managers office. Basic behavioral and interest gauging questions were asked. After the interview I was given a call later that day with an offer for a full time position.
