I interviewed at Iterable and overall it was a very pleasant experience, if somewhat exhaustive. From beginning to final interview, the process was smooth and seamless. Overall I felt they were friendly, but the lack of diversity among those making critical decisions was strong, especially since they are largely based in NY and SF, two incredibly diverse cities. Even though most people were friendly, after spending 10-15 hours in the interview process, including creating a detailed and time-consuming presentation, they would not provide any feedback at all as to why I was not chosen - instead just issued a generic response. This speaks to the character of the organization, and is very frustrating that after weeks of interviews and discussions and communication, they could not be bothered to provide any feedback. The direct message this sends is that they do not value me as an individual. Therefore, while the people are warm and friendly during the interview process and it was well-organized, I do not recommend this organization. The time you invest is not worth the lackluster response.
