Got a call from HR, 1st round was technical, second round was again technical, 3rd was managerial round, 4th was Aptitude round, 5th was HR round. I cleared all the rounds. HR was really graceful throughout the interview process. But once all rounds were done, got a call that position is onhold and I will get a call once they will start hiring again. I assumed that this was just a bad luck, but got a call from HR after 2 months and I was informed that I will get a call for HR round. It's been more than 3 months now, didn't got any call from Iron Systems. Not expected this from them because if they can't value time of Employee they want to hire, atleast value yours. Don't give false hopes to anyone in need.
