I had two rounds of technical interview for the automation testing using selenium with java. The HR was polite and the interviewers gave good feedback too. The focus was on java programming and depth knowledge of core concepts

I appeared for the interview process on june 2023. Cleared the technical and managerial round and then HR asked for the documents. After taking the document they didnt release the offer letter saying that VP approval was taking time. After few days, hr communicated that position is on hold. They were waiting for the notice period to end soon so that they will release offer letter when 5 days will be left . They called after 1 month and asked for client round which I declined because i got the better opportunity. But It is usual in iris that they conduct first two interviews very fast and then put the position on hold waiting for the notice period to end. I was lucky that they put it in hold otherwise if they have offered the offer letter . i would have accepted it and would not have looked for better opportunity. Their ignorance made me to look for better opportunities and now i got better opportunity from another organisation
