the interview is easy. it was an individual one, they ask me to introduce myself and why I would like to work here. after that, tell me what they work for and their job duties. after the introduction, they asked me how I feel about it, does it match my expectation and any questions to ask.

Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
