Only made it through two steps.
Recruiter interview was great. She was super enthusiastic, and wanted me to speak to the hiring manager ASAP.
When I got to the hiring manager, she was absolutely not interested in speaking to me. Didn't make much eye contact over Zoom, didn't engage in any small talk to start the conversation. They are still looking to fill this role months later.
Huh, wonder why?

I can't recall any specific questions, although I was asked about my experience working at a Google vendor doing AdWord sales. Nothing stuck out TBH

Really relaxed and easy! Had a few phone screenings then went in to the office for a 4-ish hour interview with several different people. Felt very calm and relaxed, was able to speak with HR.

Give me an elevator pitch of how you would sell someone on our platform.
BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID.
Late last year I was approached by a recruiting firm on behalf of Invoca for an Account Manager role- short story is after some interviews, the firm was wrong about just about everything: Telling me different people were going to be interviewing me, than they actually were, - “Preparing me” with misinformation and, the biggest gaffe was they told me for one interview was that I could present on “anything I want” when, in fact, the interviewers were looking for something specific- (not “anything I want”, I assure you)
I was going to leave Glassdoor alone. Leave it at that. But then I recently found out that someone from INVOCA REACHED OUT TO SOMEONE ROM THE COMPANY I’M CURRENTLY AT WITHOUT CONSENT – and asked someone at the company I’m currently at … their “opinion” of me because I had applied there. I repeat, I had not given consent, nor had I given any references. “Not OK” is an understatement in this context.
This has the potential to cost me my brand, reputation, and possibly my job.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM INVOCA.
I beg you. Get out and away while you can.
