A hiring manager reached out to me over Linkedin. Initial phone screen was scheduled, and afterward was sent a hackerrank test. After completing the hackerrank test I have not heard back in over a month. The only negative part of the interview from my perspective was being ghosted, but it is a big enough negative that I feel my overall experience was soured.
