Was referred by an employee (former colleague) who highly recommended the company, the hiring manager checked my LinkedIn profile, I sent my CV and then we scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was very pleasant , I did get to ask questions about the company in the second half of it. HR followed up with a phone call and then asked if I was interested enough in the company to go for an onsite interview.
Two things stood out throughout the process: (1) everybody I talked to were extremely nice and (2) things moved quickly and seamlessly.
The onsite interview was even better: I loved all the people I met there and, importantly, they all seemed to love their jobs. I think the management does a great job having their employees feel appreciated, giving them a sense of their work being impactful, and prioritizing their task very clearly and efficiently (people worked on multiple projects at the same time but nobody felt like they were spreading too thin). The position I was interviewing for sounded very interesting and promised to have a lot of freedom for being creative in the ways you solve problems as well as a lot of variety in projects so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over again (plus gain a lot of useful experience if you consider this as a stepping stone for your next thing). After such a great experience was very hard to turn down the offer (which followed 2 days after the onsite interview), but it was better for my family (hesitant to move to Boston) and career.
PS I had back-to-back travel scheduled and the trip before Invicro got extended. Invicro paid to change my original tickets without asking any questions - super nice.
Bottom line: Highly recommend applying to Invicro, they have a great team, great culture, and fun projects.
