From an initial discussion regarding the role with their in house recruiter, the interviews followed swiftly on in two stages. Stage one was running my experience, the company, the aims and objectives, the challenges which the role presents. Following stage one, both sides took stock prior to moving to Stage two. Stage two consisted of an Excel based test consisting of managing a vast amount of data to make sense of underlying trends, variances and a variety of gross margin issues. Stage two was also followed by a meeting with their HR manager as a cultural and personality fit to the group.
Both stages were calm and the interviewee's placed a great emphasis on ensuring the atmosphere was as collaborative as possible with plenty of ideas and questions from both parties.
