It is just an interview to get to know the interviewee's personality. So it's a video interview with about 4 questions and you have 1 min 30 sec to prepare your answer then you record your response. You have 2 attempts at recording each question.

Entrevista
1. CV submission.
2. Recorded and submitted videos answering basic questions about yourself and your studies. You had one minute to view the question, one minute to record, and were able to rerecord your answer to a question once.
3. 30-minute personality screening interview over MS Teams.
4. Two-day conference at their Sandton offices, they paid for your food, transport and accommodation. The two days included employees from different departments speaking to you about the company, a team programming project, and a short 15-minute interview.
5. Two 30-minute panel interviews, each with four interviewers over MS Teams
