Entrevista
First, there is a 30 minute phone interview. Mainly behavioral questions. I was offered an in person interview at the end of the call. The next interview was approximately 2 1/2 hours. First hour I was interviewed by two supervisors who were great! Asked many behavioral questions and documented my answers. The second part of the interview was done by two different supervisors. They asked a couple of more questions, and played a couple of calls for me to analyze. I was asked to point out things about the call, either good or bad. Then they discussed the job and benefits in more detail so I would have a full understanding of what a career there would involve!

I was interviewed and hire into a client service representative role and the recruiter made me feel rush and did not make me feel comfortable they seemed not to care and was very quick I was hired but she make the process so confusing for me and now I feel this is not the right role for me I do not recommend this behavior from recruiter because now this happen

Entrevista
The people that interviewed me are two supervisors. They are nice and genuine and very easy to talk to, but the questions are very technical. If you prepare well before interview you can do well.
