Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Invesco (North York, ON) en sept 2016
Entrevista
Phone screen in English then scheduled one for french- they expect you know general financial vocab like mutual funds, ETS and share how you keep up with financial news ( I didnt even know what a mutual fund was let alone what to follow for economical matters and events besides the TV news)
The french lady said I was not completely bilingual but nothing was wrong with my french-OK
I made it to the face to face- two people interviewed me asked a lot of behavioural questions AND quizzed me on one of their company's products (schedule of how the fund works). This was the hard part- I had no previous exposure to anything bank or finance ( I have a customer service background)
and was supposed to "WOW" them (they told me to "wow" them and not ask questions for help while preparing for face2face) and re-explain to them how the administration of the fund makes you ( being an advisor -although not the role I applied for) money. Pretty much learn the product and how ti works and show them you understood exactly how they make money...
would have done better if I knew maybe!
