Excellent facilitation by recruiting team, tough but thorough. Interviewed with cross-functional team as well as employees In similar roles. Technical expertise was apparent, and job expectations and responsibilities were very clear.
Multiple rounds of interviews, last one is 2 hours on site , pretty quick interview process, some interviewers said things that made it seem like it was a strong chance of getting hired, only for them to reject me in the end

There was the standard 30-minute screening phone call with the internal recruiter, and an in-person panel interview took place a few weeks later with several members of the team/department. 30 minute interviews each with 4 different interviewers with their own sets of questions.
